Capability, proven.
Opportunity, earned.
The upside of AI belongs to the people who create the value.
The verified network of capability and opportunity. UK-incorporated. Founder-led.
UIE finds opportunities through intelligence, connects the counterparties each one implies, and earns its fee on the connection. A single intelligence — Q — runs that motion continuously and keeps a record of what its work produced, so each cycle starts from more than the last. UIE is not a holding company assembling separate businesses, and not a brand family. It is one institution — members prove what they can do on a record they own, and the record opens real commercial opportunity — operated by one intelligence, under a single constitution, with each division a stage in one commercial chain.

Intelligence finds it. Connection closes it.
UIE creates opportunity through intelligence and earns its fee by connecting the right counterparties — not by embedding in one client's systems. A business meets Q through a free intelligence audit, then the work moves along one chain. Each division owns a stage; the same intelligence runs the length of it.
Finds, validates, and scores the opportunity.
Connects the counterparties it implies.
Earns the commission on the connection.
Settles the commerce that follows.
A shared record builds underneath the chain — every opportunity, connection, and close. Each cycle starts from more than the last.
Why UIE exists
UIE exists to ensure that the surplus produced by artificial intelligence accrues to individuals rather than to a small number of platform owners. The prevailing pattern of corporate AI deployment routes productivity gains upward — to the institutions that own the platforms, and to the institutions that license those platforms to displace human labour. UIE treats that as a consequence of how the technology is structured commercially, not an inevitability of the technology itself.
The alternative UIE builds is a distributed intelligence economy: individuals — not corporations — build on Q, contribute capability, and capture the upside. Universal access and universal participation; specific intelligence. UIE does not promise to do everything for everyone. It promises that the work it does — the intelligence it produces and the connections it makes — is structured so that the people who help deliver it receive a meaningful share of what they help produce.
The Group structure
One intelligence — Q — runs the whole chain. An acquisition layer every client enters through, the connection engine that earns the fee, and a Group-wide participation layer. There is no division-specific Q.
Security as a native capability
Every division of UIE operates under one binding security standard. UIE commits to defence-in-depth across thirteen layers, with a dedicated security intelligence operating continuously alongside the commercial work; phishing-resistant authentication; encryption at rest and in transit with post-quantum-ready key protection; deep tenant isolation, so that no client's data is reachable through another's; and append-only audit-trail integrity. Security at UIE is a property of how the intelligence is produced — the same apparatus that defends the platform produces client value — not an overlay procured separately. Sovereignty without provable confidentiality is a contradiction the architecture is built to avoid.
Founder-led by constitution
UIE is Founder-led. Constitutional decisions are reserved to the Founder; operational autonomy is delegated to Q within fixed constitutional limits. UIE was founded by Christian Mason, who holds the only natural-person authority that is constitutional within the Group.
