The curriculum is not static. Q revises each module as the commercial environment changes, and every module carries a next-review date so nothing taught goes quietly out of date.
Simulations are graded
Q plays the assigned commercial role in character. The session ends when the pass criteria are met — or not. Your score, the rationale, and the failure modes are recorded permanently.
Briefings are personal
Q reads your active pipeline, your simulation history, and the live signals in your sector. The briefing is written for you — not a market newsletter.
You practise against Q itself
Q is the intelligence system UIE runs for its clients. The Academy is the one place you practise against it directly. Module content, simulations, and briefings are produced and checked inside UIE.
