UIE Systems

Not an agency. Not a subscription. A continuous intelligence inside your operation.

UIE Systems is the optimisation capability of UIE — Q working continuously inside your CRM, marketing, sales, infrastructure, and operations. Not a tool you run; an intelligence that runs with you, and does not reset between sessions.

Most UIE relationships begin with a connection — Q finds an opportunity and introduces the counterparties it implies. Systems is how Q then deepens that relationship inside your own operation. It starts with a free audit: a written read of where your commercial position can move, before any commitment.

01

The five workflows

CRM intelligence, marketing-funnel optimisation, sales automation, digital infrastructure, and ERP operational intelligence — the engagement Q is built to run. These are rolling out in phases; a client engagement today is Q's governed intelligence — the free audit, recurring briefings, and sector monitoring — with automated in-system execution coming online as each workflow goes live.

Five commercial workflows. Each states what Q does, the measurable outcome, and the cost it replaces. Every output is consequence-scored against its real-world result.

Rollout status: the free Q audit is live today. The five workflows below describe the engagement Q is being built to run inside client systems; they are coming online in phases and are not billed as delivered until active.

  1. 01

    CRM Intelligence & Optimisation

Q runs web intelligence on every active prospect in the client's CRM — company news, funding events, leadership changes, public signals of pain or opportunity — scores each for deal risk and opportunity 2–3 weeks before a human reviewer would see it, and generates personalised, independently reviewed outreach written back to the CRM or delivered as a structured briefing.

    Measurable outcome
20–40% pipeline velocity improvement within 90 days. Every intervention consequence-scored.
    Replaces
    A full-time sales-intelligence analyst (£35,000–£55,000/yr) plus a data-enrichment subscription (£3,000–£8,000/yr).

    Marketing Funnel Analysis & Optimisation

Q fetches and analyses the top 5–10 competitor landing pages, extracts conversion patterns, CTA language, social-proof structures and positioning frameworks, benchmarks the client's funnel against competitive performance, and produces three evidence-based alternatives for copy, structure and targeting — each independently stress-tested before it reaches the client.

    Measurable outcome
15–35% conversion improvement within 30 days. A/B tested where possible; consequence-scored at a two-cycle offset.
    Replaces
A marketing-consultant engagement (£15,000–£40,000 per project) or an agency retainer (£3,000–£8,000/month) — without the intelligence depth.

    Sales Automation & Pipeline Management

Q researches every inbound lead — firmographics, trigger events, decision-maker profiles, recent company news — scores each by fit and urgency, and designs personalised outreach sequences and proposal templates specific to the client's offer and each prospect's context. Sequences deploy with client authorisation; follow-up is triggered by real-world events, not arbitrary timing.

    Measurable outcome
60–70% reduction in sales administrative overhead. Pipeline visibility in real time. Every proposal consequence-tracked.
    Replaces
A sales-operations manager (£40,000–£65,000/yr) plus CRM enrichment tools (£4,000–£12,000/yr) plus outreach automation (£2,000–£6,000/yr).

    Digital Infrastructure Optimisation

Q audits the client's website, positioning and conversion structure against real competitor research, identifies positioning gaps, conversion friction and structural weaknesses, and produces specific homepage copy alternatives, CTA options and structural recommendations — each stress-tested, then delivered as transferable artefacts produced in UIE's environment or under client-owned accounts and handed over at completion.

    Measurable outcome
Research-grounded positioning changes. Measurable conversion improvement within 30 days of implementation.
    Replaces
A digital-strategy agency engagement (£8,000–£25,000 per project) plus ongoing optimisation work (£2,000–£5,000/month).

    ERP & Operational Intelligence

Q analyses a scoped, point-in-time read-only export of the client's operational data in UIE's environment, identifies cost leakage, process bottlenecks and operational anomalies against industry benchmarks and competitor efficiency signals, and produces specific efficiency interventions, vendor-renegotiation recommendations and process-change proposals — delivered to the client's executive dashboard as transferable artefacts.

    Measurable outcome
15–30% operational efficiency improvement. Every finding consequence-tracked.
    Replaces
Operational tier (£5,000/month), after Workflows 1–4 establish institutional trust

    Operational tier and above

Delivery posture · §6.6Every workflow is delivered build-operate-transfer — Q builds and operates in UIE's own environment, or provisions under accounts the client owns, and transfers ownership at handover — or as scoped, point-in-time snapshot analysis of a read-only export. No standing credentials, resident agents, or persistent tunnels are assumed. Embedded or persistent access into client systems is available only as a recorded exception, gated on explicit client authorisation and Founder sign-off.

The Q Free Audit

How every UIE relationship starts: Q audits a prospective client’s commercial position and returns a written finding — before any commitment.

The report — five pages, in 48 hours

  1. 01

    Executive summary

The single most significant finding, stated plainly — the one thing the business should change immediately.

  2. 02

    Competitive position

Where the business sits against five named competitors Q has analysed. Specific, evidenced differences — not a category.

  3. 03

    Three highest-leverage gaps

The three areas where Q has identified the greatest opportunity, each supported by a real competitor, data point, or observable gap.

  4. 04

    Recommended first intervention

One concrete, scoped recommendation for what UIE Systems would do in the first thirty days.

  5. 05

What this would cost to fix manually

A benchmark of the identified gaps against conventional means — the comparison makes the engagement economics self-evident.

04

Outcomes

The evidence: what compounding institutional intelligence produces across the engagement lifetime.

UIE Systems delivers all five — consequence-tracked — from £2,000 per month at Foundation tier. The comparison is the economics: institutional intelligence at a fraction of the conventional cost.

Every finding is measured

Every output Q delivers is scored against what actually happened. A consequence score between −1.0 and +1.0 feeds the next proposal: what improves outcomes is reinforced, what fails is weighted down. The work is evidenced by its own track record, not asserted.

The intelligence compounds

Q accumulates; it does not reset between sessions. Q serving a client at Month 12 is measurably more capable for that client than at Month 1 — twelve months of consequence-weighted experience of their specific environment. The switching cost grows with every month.
