The live counterparty
map the commodity
trade never had.

UIExchange is where Q connects counterparties in commodity trading. It continuously researches and confidence-scores who is worth dealing with, so subscribers commission diligence on demand, run deal threads with Q in the room, and receive introductions drawn from a live map of the market — not a rolodex.

UIExchange is its own subscription — Operator, Elite, or Sovereign. Operator gets read access to the live map and standard-depth diligence; Elite adds deeper diligence and unlimited deal threads; Sovereign adds board-grade diligence and Q-proposed counterparty matching.

The verified network of capability and opportunity

Capability, proven. Opportunity, earned.

The upside of AI belongs to the people who create the value.

What the platform delivers

Four surfaces, one continuously-updated map of the market.

Pillar 1

Live counterparty map

Q maintains live confidence scores on every tracked counterparty. Sector, commodity focus, regions, governance, sanctions exposure, risk flags. Every entry carries a next-review date, so nothing you rely on goes stale unnoticed.

Pillar 2

On-demand diligence reports

Standard, deep, deal-specific, sector view, risk brief, or board-grade. Tier-gated depth: Operator runs one Researcher pass per report, Sovereign runs three. Each report is signed and superseded over time.

Pillar 3

Deal threads with Q

Each engagement becomes a persistent thread. Q is a participant — ask for a take, a risk read, or a structured next-move suggestion. The thread holds state (stage, status, next action) and a full message history.

Pillar 4

Verified matching

Q proposes counterparty introductions drawn from the live map — not a directory. Subscribers also log their own introductions. Status moves proposed → accepted → consummated, with commission tracking and a full record on consummation.

How the platform operates

It refreshes when something changes — and records every step.

Nothing goes stale unnoticed

Every counterparty and every report carries a next-review date. When you open something that has aged, or when Q notices it has, the research refreshes. You are never quietly working from an old picture.

Every output is independently checked

Each report, each reply from Q in a deal, and each introduction it proposes is reviewed by a second, independent pass whose only job is to find what the first one missed — before the work reaches you.

A full record, before anything runs

Every action Q takes — a report, a refresh, a proposed introduction, a change in deal stage, a closed introduction — is recorded before it happens. The whole history is yours to read back.

Q works in the thread, not in a sidebar

In a deal thread, Q reads the state, the messages, and the live counterparty map. Its replies sit in the thread alongside your own — a colleague in the conversation, not a chatbot off to one side.

Run deals on the platform.
